Metal Detector Test Balls
Bare certified spheres, supplied without a wand or carrier, for tests that only work if the test piece travels inside the product itself. Dropped into a free-fall chute or mixed into a batch of powder, a test ball follows the same path and speed as a genuine fragment, which is the only way to prove that both the detector and its reject device respond in time. Also used for in-pack validation, where the sphere is sealed inside a representative pack. Available in ferrous, non-ferrous, SS304 and SS316, 1.0 mm to 12.0 mm. For belt-fed lines, see the test wands.
