Shipping Policy

We ship orders worldwide from our facility in Støvring, Denmark.

Stocked products are normally dispatched within 1 business day. Products that are not in stock may have a longer lead time, which will be confirmed after your order is placed.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated at checkout where possible. For larger or special shipments, freight may be quoted separately.

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier and shipping method selected. Any stated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local authorities or circumstances outside our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. Unless otherwise stated, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
